|
|
Hi everyone,
I'm after some ideas as to what would not be too nasty to use to get rid of the mould that seems to have made its way onto the rubber bath mat we have in the bath to stop little one from slipping.
Don't really want to have to get rid of it and get a new one. I been hanging it up after each use since we bought it (which wasn't that long ago), but alas it has still become a mouldly mat
Any ideas??

must admit that we used to have this problem too when the kids were tiny.... I'm afraid that I never did find a solution to it.... _________________ My blog: 11 Things... |

it 'might' be because there is still residue left on the mat after use. so maybe rinse in fresh water after using.
you also say 'hanging up - do you mean drape over the bath - or stick to the walll tiles or what? It might be that its still not getting totally dry on BOTH sides if one side is against the side of the bath or tiles etc? _________________ Elaine

Apparantly white vinegar tackles mould...I'm about to try it on my daughters top which got stuck at the bottom of the laundry basket for too long _________________ www.naturesmother.co.uk For a natural pregnancy & birth
